Disclaimers

Last updated: June 8, 2026·Version 2.0·All legal docs ↗

Plain-language version of the things people most often ask about. The Terms of Service is the binding document — if anything here conflicts with it, the Terms control.

What controls

These Disclaimers are explanatory. The binding agreements are the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Safety Policy, the Community Guidelines, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

This is not a safety system

Telemetry readings, alignment indicators, traffic alerts, countdowns, jump-start detection, hazard alerts, and lap timers are tools to help you understand your car. They are not certified, not warrantied, and not a substitute for proper driver training, a tech-inspected car, or the supervision of a qualified race official.

GPS and timing accuracy

We use consumer GPS at typical phone refresh rates (1–10 Hz). Times and speeds are estimates; sky view, multipath, weather, device, and chipset all affect accuracy. They may differ from official drag-strip equipment, dyno measurements, or hand- timed laps by tenths of a second or several mph. Don't bet money on these readings.

Closed-course / sanctioned use only

Rolls & Digs is for closed-course or sanctioned events. Public-road racing is illegal almost everywhere and is a leading cause of preventable traffic deaths. We will terminate accounts that show patterns consistent with public-road use.

Driver responsibility

You are responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle at all times. Don't operate the app while moving — mount your phone or hand it to a passenger. Wear your seatbelt. Wear a helmet on a strip. Don't race tired or impaired. Carry appropriate insurance.

Bella, our AI assistant

Bella is an AI helper that can search the web. She can be wrong, get things out of date, or miss a detail specific to your car. Treat her as a friendly starting point, not as a master mechanic. Anything safety-critical (brakes, steering, fuel, fire suppression, ECU tuning) should be verified by a qualified shop.

Maps and locations

Map data, traffic alerts, E85 stations, shop locations, and track venues come from public sources (OpenStreetMap, AFDC, community submissions) and may be incorrect, out-of-date, or missing entirely. Always confirm operating hours and services with the venue before you go.

Hero shots, 360° spins & 3D

AI hero renders, background-removed photos, and the AR walk-around 360° viewer are generated from your photos by third-party services. Output quality varies. The representations are for entertainment / showcase purposes — they are not measurement or modelling tools.

No professional advice

Anything in the app about parts, builds, mods, shops, or events is general information — community contributions or reasonable interpretations of public sources. It is not financial, legal, medical, regulatory, mechanical, or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional for anything important.

Trademarks

Vehicle names, models, logos, and event names are trademarks of their respective owners. Mention of a brand does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or any commercial relationship. Driver-uploaded brand attributions reflect the owner's reported build and not our verification.

Third-party content

The Service may surface content created by users, businesses, or third-party providers (race organisers, shops, parts sellers). We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of that content. Use your judgement and verify before relying.
