Rolls & Digs is for drivers who love cars and respect each other. These Guidelines are part of the Terms of Service by reference and govern everything you post or send through the Service — profile, garage, chat, group threads, cruise hazard pins, race results, and meets.
The spirit
Be the person you'd want to share a paddock with. Help new drivers. Cheer the underdog. Keep it about the cars and the run.
Respect for other drivers
- Talk about people's cars and times. Don't talk about their bodies, their families, or their tax status.
- Disagreement is fine. Personal attacks, slurs, and pile-ons are not.
- Respect handles, pronouns, and chosen names. Deadnaming is not tolerated.
Prohibited content
The following are never allowed:
- Violent threats, glorification of violence, or content that incites violence.
- Hate speech directed at race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or veteran status.
- Content that sexualises minors, in any form.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Personal information about another person without their consent (home address, workplace, phone number, government ID, health, insurance).
- Promotion of self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Promotion of street racing, evading enforcement, or any motoring activity that endangers the public.
- Promotion of illegal modifications (rolling coal, fully deleted emissions on a road-driven car, illegal tints, illegal lights) where prohibited locally.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property rights.
- Malware, phishing links, or anything intended to compromise another user.
Harassment, doxxing & impersonation
Repeated unwanted contact, sustained pile-ons, threats, sexual harassment, doxxing, swatting, or impersonating another driver are immediate grounds for suspension. We escalate to law enforcement when there is a credible threat to safety.
Minors
The Service is for adults aged 18+. If we discover a user is under-age the account will be removed and any data deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Adults sharing content involving identifiable minors should ensure they have the parent's or guardian's permission.
Spam & manipulation
- Don't bulk-post the same comment, listing, or invite.
- Don't buy, sell, or trade fake reactions or follows.
- Don't use multiple accounts to vote for your own posts, inflate badge counts, or game leaderboards.
- Don't use the chat or group features to advertise unrelated products or services.
Groups, events & meets
- Group hosts are responsible for moderation in their group chat. We will assist with policy violations.
- Event listings must reflect real, lawful, sanctioned events. False or misleading event posts are removed.
- Cruise hazard pins are for sharing real road conditions — not for harassing other drivers, photographing strangers, or tagging private homes.
Reporting
Use the in-app report button on any chat message, profile, or cruise pin to flag a violation. We triage every report. For urgent safety concerns email safety@rollsanddigs.com.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, we may take any of the following actions: in-product warning, content removal, feature suspension (e.g. chat, cruise, hazard reporting), temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, IP / device-fingerprint block, or referral to law enforcement where warranted. We aim to be proportionate; we err on the side of users when there is doubt about safety.
